Would you name your kid Chester?
Do you think of what I think of when you hear this name?
I kid you not – I was just reviewing some client information and saw that a woman in her 40s had kids named Chester and Shirley. Unfortunately she didn’t list their birthdates, but really the oldest these kids could be is like 28 – scientfically. Realistically they are probably in their teens. Very, very odd to me.
Dont tell anyone… but I think Chester is a terrible name. Someone MIGHT posses the personality to overcome it… but come on. Really???

When my sister found out she was pregnant she was seriously considering the name “Webster”. Not as bad as Chester, but just about. Thankfully it’s a girl and there is no risk of either of those names appearing on the birth certificate!

No, you’re definitely not, that’s why I put both in there. They had a 3rd kid with a normal name, so I didn’t mention him. Oddest thing about it to me was that they were Asian, so it’s like Chester and Shirley Nguyen.
