When that point hits where it starts staying light out past the time I leave work (6pm).
Eating crunchy chicken tacos for lunch.
Playing games with men who try to play me first (see: Fake Boyfriend) and fail.
The plan to buy a new car for my 35th birthday and put a 13.1 sticker on the back.
Receiving a “good morning beautiful” text from someone when you (you being me in this case) didn’t expect it.
Reality tv. ‘Nuff said.
Twins being born into the family later this spring. Way to go, The Canadian!
Watching the finale of The Real L Word from netflix.
A whole day at work without Old Uncle Marvin.
Random cupcake orders when I really need them.
The fact that I’ve stuck to my “no bagels” rule for 2 weeks now, no matter how hard it’s been.
Reconnecting with someone I had 2 great dates with many years ago when I had no business looking for love. Enter Bachelor #4.
Starbucks reduced-fat turkey bacon whole grain English muffin with egg whites and white cheddar.
Random tears induced by emotional reality tv moments.
(Side note: I cry like a damn baby every single time I watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Right now I’m shedding tears for the girl on The Real L Word season one finale who was just surprised by her mom at the airport. It’s completely involuntary and hits me hard. But, interestingly enough, I’ve never once cried while reading a book no matter how sad or emotional.)
Thai food. Or really any food. But there’s something warm and loving about some Massaman Chicken Curry that gets me all excited. And happy. And no matter how badly I want to try something new I just can’t betray my main love.
Men who love food as much as I do. Enter Bachelor #4 again.
A meeting that’s planned next week to introduce my cupcakes to a local restaurant owner.
Life. Love. Cupcakes. Chicken curry. Wine. Dates.
Smiling is good for the soul n shit!
My sister had our 1st set of twins in our family last april.
Tell Fakey he can’t play a playa (only because is sounds ignant as hell lol)
You probably cry during tv because of the dramatic music. Try watching an episode of one of your usual cry-getters muted with subtitles. No crying. I promise. Unless you’re PMSing, Menopausal, or just plain crazy.

Oh, I love those Starbucks turkey bacon sandwiches!
And I love this list, Barista. :)
Interestingly enough there doesn’t have to be music…in fact, I don’t think there’s music. I just get emotional seeing people who are down on their luck getting a new start.
